DMCA & Copyright Policy

1. Ownership and Platform Commitment

GamesLoom is operated by Storksware Private Limited. We host browser games and publish comprehensive editorial guides, walkthroughs, and verified gameplay information. We strictly respect the intellectual property rights of creators, developers, and rights holders worldwide, and we respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512, “DMCA”) and applicable international copyright laws.

2. Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent acting on their behalf, and you believe that content hosted on GamesLoom infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a written notification containing the following information:

• Identification of the Copyrighted Work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
• Identification of the Infringing Material: The exact GamesLoom URL (e.g., https://gamesloom.com/game/...) or specific location of the material claimed to be infringing, sufficient to allow us to locate the item.
• Contact Information: Your full legal name, physical mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• Good-Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• Accuracy & Authority Statement: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
• Physical or Electronic Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If material that you posted or supplied has been removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice, and you believe this was done in error or due to misidentification, you may submit a written Counter-Notification containing:

• Identification of the material that was removed and the URL location where it appeared prior to removal.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal or local court, and agreeing to accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party. If the complaining party does not notify us within 10–14 business days that they have filed a court action seeking a restraining order, we may restore the removed material.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, GamesLoom maintains a strict policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, access for any users, partners, or contributors who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
